Despite the adverse elements, scarves were hung today in Sullivan's Park. The park was covered in crusty, deep snow and the sidewalks were icy and slippery. DartmouthHaiku (also known as Katy) was the key organizer and was there for the duration helping everyone get their scarves tagged, bagged, and hung. The gazebo was FULL of snow, so she delivered the coats and sweaters directly to Margaret's House on Ochterloney. We tied our scarves, cowls, and hats in one small, but stubborn tree. Katy will be taking anything left hanging on Wednesday on to Margaret's House. Time to start thinking about a plan for next year...maybe in late Nov/early Dec. at Alderney Landing?
