Needle-Felting Drop-in Workshop
Needle-felting is all about using a barbed needle to stab wads of wool and yarn into a beautiful objects or decorations. Sounds kind of weird, but it is fun and creative. This is a great opportunity to give it a try. Purchase one of our flower pin felting kits (just $15) and drop by between 2:00 and 4:00 on Sunday to work on your first pin with help from Kate and support from other filters. No cost for the workshop and no need to pre-register. All you need do is purchase the kit.
Materials: The kit contains everything you need to make 3 pins. You will need a pencil and a pair of scissors.
Children: Felting needles are very sharp and, occasionally, even adult fingers get hit. Please be cautious of introducing children to needle-felting. Children attending the workshop should bring their own adult supervision.
